Tegenaria domestica, as its name would suggest, is almost exclusively found in buildings. The record from the Scilly Isles is from a 'sand dune' and needs confirmation. The ERCCIS records also need validation with specimens. However, there is no reason why the species should not occur throughout Cornwall in suitable habitat.
