Tetragnatha striata is Notable B. It is locally distributed in the British Isles among reeds at the edges of standing water. The Spider Recording Scheme database had no records for this species from Devon and Cornwall when the Atlas was produced in 2002. However, there is a record in Spalding (1997) from the Hayle Estuary RSPB Reserve. I am attempting to obtain further details of this record but for the moment, it must appear as an unconfirmed record.
