Milleriana inerrans is locally frequent in England but is scarce in Scotland and Wales. It is found in a variety of habitats and is a frequent aeronaut. Milleriana inerrans has only been found three times in Cornwall, most recently (October 2005) in pitfall traps set on farmland near Portscatho on the Roseland Peninsula.
