Each eye of Pseudosinella fallax comprises three ocelli arranged in a tight group in a single spot of pigment on each side of the head. The only records for this species are Bagnall's but unfortunately all of his specimens bar one in the NHML collection are in such poor condition that it is impossible to confirm the identification. The single exception in which the eyes can be resolved (labelled Pseudosinella fallax) has 2+2 ocelli and is Pseudosinella alba. Thus the presence of Pseudosinella fallax needs to be confirmed.
